After a leisurely breakfast and driver's meeting, we are now ready to reach the famous Burgundy region. We will make a stop in the city of Beaune for a visit of
L'Hotel Dieu. The buildings, well known for their trademarked colorful roofs, also contain impressive wine cellars. One of the unique characteristics of the Hospices is its wine producing estate of over 150 acres, which have made it through its entire hsitory. |

By mid afternoon, we will take the short drive to our last historical hotel. L'Abbaye de la Bussiere is a superbly restored 12th century abbey transformed into a small luxury hotel and located at the footsteps of the patron saint of winemakers, St. Vincent. |
